Picked up my new 250 from Kelly-co

Well I picked up my new Ace250 from Kelly-co and have been able to use it for several days. I must say Kellyco really treated me right and was really helpful. I bought this for my wife but I really like it. I find that it is very accurate on depth, and what kind of coin it is. It is easy to learn and the pinpointing is on the button. The only problem I find is that after a rain, the depth and type of coin get a little unclear. Has anybody else run into this problem. I recently bought a $1000 machine and this runs pretty close to this one. I think the big difference is with the pricey one I can make adjustments after a rain or in mineralized ground. Does rain or ground moisture make a difference in readings? Tell me what you think.

Sometimes the moisture in the ground makes the machine more sensitive to the targets, and you might have to cut back on the sensitivity some.
