Went to the show wanting to add to my CW bullet and cartridge collection. I drooled over all those awesome relix!!! Would have loved to have added a belt plate or an artillery shell to my collection but was on a limited spending relic budget!! :lmfao: I brought home a nice U.S. bayonet, a jew's harps, 2 friction primers, 2 nice inkwells, an 1865 model Spencer cartridge, 3 various sized pin-fire cartridges, a U.S. bridal bit boss, a picket style bullet, a .69 cal. Italian Garibaldi Carcano, 2 plug based Enfields with the boxwood plugs( one is an L cavity and the other an L2 cavity, a very nice silver gilted one pc. U.S. artillery button, a nice vest sized U.S. cavalry button with lots of gold gilt and a canteen spout cork with chain. Ran into Richard Walker there and got to talk with him some. Sorry Richard I had really intended to get back over and talk with you some more but the time had gotten away while trying to purchase the last few items of the day spending my last few dollars. I will hopefully meet you again at another show in the future. Thanks for looking.

You found some quality relics there Scott! Should make for a super collection. Wish I could have made the show. HH!
Mike

were those inkwells from the civil war period? Would it be rude to ask what they are asking for them at the relic shows?
