pic problems

Probably just too big, meaning the KB or MB size not the actual picture size. Most digital cameras will allow you to select different resolutions for the pictures you take. I usually set mine to vga or 1.3 MP. You can also resize the pictures and save them at a lower image quality. I use a free program called fast stone image viewer to resize mine. They also have one called image resizer. It will allow you to retain the size of your image but save the picture with a lower image quality. It will tell you the size as you adjust it so you will know when the file size is small enough to be able to post it. You can do a search for fast stone image viewer and you should be able to download it. Hope this helps.
