A few people have asked for a pic of the tools needed for cutting out coins for jewelry. The main tool is a jewelry saw, very much like a coping saw that wood workers use , only more delicate. The saw blades clamp into the ends and are sold by the dozen, I keep a bunch in the cigar holder. Get fine, medium and a heavy blades. A chunk of beeswax will help cut more smoothly if you occasionally rub it onto the blade. The wooden object laying across the saw is a simple thing to make from any piece of wood. Cut it out as shown and then clamp it with a C clamp onto the edge of a table . Now you can set the coin or token on it and saw out things. Drill a hole in the area to be cut out and put the saw blade through it and clamp it down. With practice you will get by breaking the blades soon Steve in so az
