Pic of tools for coin cutting out project

A few people have asked for a pic of the tools needed for cutting out coins for jewelry. The main tool is a jewelry saw, very much like a coping saw that wood workers use , only more delicate. The saw blades clamp into the ends and are sold by the dozen, I keep a bunch in the cigar holder. Get fine, medium and a heavy blades. A chunk of beeswax will help cut more smoothly if you occasionally rub it onto the blade. The wooden object laying across the saw is a simple thing to make from any piece of wood. Cut it out as shown and then clamp it with a C clamp onto the edge of a table . Now you can set the coin or token on it and saw out things. Drill a hole in the area to be cut out and put the saw blade through it and clamp it down. With practice you will get by breaking the blades soon ;) Steve in so az
