is this a new cz3d or a new to you older one? if new ya i might be concerned if its a older one i would mabe but some silicone on it to keep dirt out and it may help hold it together but that is just a idea
It was brand new out of box. I fixed it myself. This one was my 3rd one. First 2 had problems. This one was tested and tuned before shipped to me and then chassie was not put back in correctly. Called Daniel about this and left V/M. Got no responce from him. This one is fine now because I slid the chassie out and made sure the wires were out of way but Im droping president of FTP a letter. I should have packed it back up and sent it to them. No quallity control. Daniel should have caught this as when you pressed PP button the faceplate moved in and out. Dealer didnt even responed to my call. I guess he thought I was going to want my money back which he said earlier that it all depended on the Distributor or Fisher. I bought it with CC just because of that reason and dealer has nothing on line about return policies.

That's the first texas I know! I had a CZ-3D I sent in three time's and they still never got it rite! But I'm not mad about it . Because they did me a favor, if it wasn't for all the down time I would not have tryed another machine. I got an E-trac and it is the best detector I have ever had! Thank's First Texas!
