PI detectors

Lindsay

New member
Hi folks, I'm new to this site and currently in Canada on holidays. My hometown is Gold Coast Queensland. My first detector was a Whites 5000D. Later I spied a C&G Wildcat for sale and knew they were pretty good from what I had read in W&E treasure magazine. That machine must have paid for itself a couple of times over. I still have it and it still works. I also have a Tesoro Stingray and Cortes, which have also paid for themselves. I recently bought a DetectorPro Pistol probe, which I have not tried out yet. I want to get a PI detector, for both fresh and saltwater work, and maybe a bit of gold detecting. Does anyone have any experience with a PI machine that would do all three?

A Sand Shark would work best on The Low Iron Salt water Beach's, now for fresh Watering Holes (Lakes) A Tiger Shark would be a better Choice unless Your Lakes are Iron free.
