Photos of our property

I took these photos last fall before the first rains of winter. The trees in the photos are California Oaks, and are able to survive months without rain. The flower is some sort of weed.

The first two photos are high saturation photos, while the others are regular saturation. All were taken using Macro mode on the Kodak Playsport Zx5.

From your pictures, it looks to be similar to our Live Oak Trees. That weed flower is beautiful, wonder if it is able to grow in our area. Thanks for sharing these pictures, I enjoyed seeing them. Kelley (Texas) :)
