Below is a photo I took of the area I am working on right now, it doesn't look that long in the photo but it is, I read about the history of the depot and it said that origionaly the train did not come through here but people decided it would shorten it's route so they built a wood frame building in 1886 and had the track running by it, they built the brick depot that is still there in 1902, they stopped running the train in the 1930's when running the depot cost more then what they were making and the tracks were pulled up, now it is the County Historical Society, they are working on making it look like it did in the past when the trains went by, there used to be a joke that went "the train runs through Princeton, stops in Milaca and Pease (pee's)"
