After taking about 20 or so shots of this guy , he finally took to flight and landed in a floral rose bush right next to a hen bird. I never did see her until he landed next to her.
Should have seen the pup trying to get out the truck window while I'm taking these pics - it was quite a scene...

Its a Nikon D-80 DSLR camera. Probably a two week course would help but I learned it all on my own so far - Plus theres a digit tutorial on the website that helped alot. So far I'm real pleased with the pics it takes - but I do have a lot more to learn about it.

CDMavic, but have to order the disc's from the internet now, as no one carries them in these parts, nor do they carry the camera. This might be a good one to replace it with!

I still use my Canon Rebel a lot too, but have to have the photos developed. It still takes a good photo, though! Your new camera looks like it might be the best of both! Thanks for sharing this! :)
