well after about a year of lurking on this forum and a few requests for advice on which detector to buy i am now a "beach hunter". i ended up getting a cz20 at a very,very good price. picked it up on my way to daytona and used it some(not nearly as much as i wanted to). i must say detecting in the water is very peacefull and i am hooked!!! only found clad because i hunted in presets and latter found out i was discing out the good stuff. i will be a freshwater pirate most of the year and will visit virginia,north carolina and florida once a year so keep the great pics of your hunts coming cause i really love the ocean. below is a pic of me in the surf at daytona.
