Percussion Cap?

Found these items yesterday in north Atlanta between Lost Mtn and Kennesaw Mtn. I think it is a percussion cap, but since I am from the Tampa Bay area I am at a loss in my knowledge of such things. The items are not the same size, each just a bit bigger then the others. I am at work and don't have access to a mm ruler. When I return home after this trip I will be able to measure them. As you can see from the finds non CW items were found in the same area.

I don't think it's a percussion cap. Looks more like a jacket for a .22 cal bullet. TomB
 
Thanks Tom, thought it was a little big to be a cap, but since I have never seen one I had no idea.
