Penny's everywhere

I went out to a local school today as they were closed due to the holiday. I took my AT Pro out with the 5 by 8 coil. I started finding coins right next to each other, and then I got a signal that seem to . I started using my pin pointer and there was pennies after pennies, some stacked up four and five deep. I spent the next couple of hours digging pennies totaling 532 pennies. I have never seen anything like it.

A blessing or a curse? :lmfao:
I've hit a few panhandler dumps and one creek embankment that I dug a few hundred coins out of, but at least there were a few dimes and quarters thrown in to make me feel better.

Wow! Beats my total. I once found a place where people (crackheads) who beg for $$$ dispose of their pennies. They do just fine with bills and other coins, except the pennies. They throw them away. Too much work for them I guess to roll them. Of course all those potent street drugs which have gone through their system effected their frontal lobe to the point where they lost the ability to count. Any how, I took great pleasure in picking them up and eventually rolled them. I used to buy a gold coin with just my pennies, that is until the price of gold went sky high.

532 oh man that's a lot of Abe's!!! Any wheat's? And don't forget to check for the '55 double die error.

Yeah! Lots of fellows including me consider a "century day" a trophy outing...that '532' is a day to remember...Nice work..its tough to unravel that kind of heap..:please:

there were several other coins involved, but the pennies were just overwhelming. I call it a penny day.

That day will be hard to beat. My best penny day was 97. I thought I had the hundred and quit. When I got home found out only 97, Rats!
