Pennies galore

Hit on a large pocket spill this evening. In a one foot square area found 25 Memorial/zinc cents (1960 was the earliest), one wheat (1945--how'd that get in there?), one clad dime, and an Arizona tax token. About a foot away found a nice L. A. Desk Co. Token (there is currently one just like it on Ebay selling for $24.50). Also found a 1946 Canadian cent nearby. That's the largest pocket spill I've ever found. Just as it was starting to get dark I got a loud "thunk" (no beep) reading around 10-45 at 7" -- out popped a 1957D Roosevelt dime at about 4" deep. Last Saturday in the same general area I found a sterling pin that is a WWII Army Navy Production Award pin. Think I'll go back to that area. Sorry no digital camera, so no pics.

pennies,,,,, I dig them all,,,,once I think I found an entire penny role's worth in a 10x10 area,,,,, but I have dug penny signals and found better finds waiting for me,,,, HH
