A while back I saw a post describing how to move the innards from the excal II headphones into the Peltor 101 housing. I've done a search but can't seem to find it, anyone have this info. I've got a set of Peltors' but don't want to ruin something without those instructions. Thanks and HH John

I used my Excal for the first time this past weekend with the new headphones and man do they block the wind! I was on the OBX and the wind and sand were terrible. I did not have to have the volume all the way up either, so I now know it can get worse and I should still be OK.
