Pelican Cases

New member
Does anyone use the pelican cases for metal detector transport when flying? I really do not what to use a metal detector case because I want to use the case for other purposes . I have some small pelican cases and they seem indestructible. I am thinking about a case that I can put maybe two detectors in disassembled .Thank You for your opinions and advise. Ezra

Thanks cdsmith46, I assume your talking about the old heavy Samsonite hard cases . Thats a great idea versus 200 bucks. Ezra.

Yeah..thats some good advice, MrSmith!...might keep it from getting stolen by the airline baggage handlers too! Get the rattiest cheapest looking old suitcase and spray the outside of it with cat pee or coyote urine? Unless of course, you plan to carry on...
