Past this park up in the past...Wish I hadn't...

Met my friend Jeremy at 7am and we hit a park I have passed by without hunting many times, thinking it was newer and nothing to be had there..Boy was I wrong! The park has promise, and the wildlife is cool too...Wish I had my video camera on me as a big tom turkey strutted out of the woodline and went across the open field for another section of woods.
I started off the day with a 1945 Merc, followed a short time after by a 1948 Wash Quarter. The quarter required very little cleaning...It came out nice and bright. Both were found at about the 7 inch mark. As we were headed back to the car, Jeremy pulled out his first Silver ever...A 1941 Merc. I think it made his day. I was happy with the hunt. A tad of clad was also found, but it was very dirty with the fertilized soil here...

Happy Hunting and stay Hydrated,

nice finds!!

Now that's super nice.

I was thinking about laying in tomorrow, but all this silver has gotten my adrenalin going.
