I've been trying to get out before work lately, as I don't have enough time to get out after work. I did a little scouting around at the park I've been working, and found another spot with a few older coins. I've been working at gridding the area, as time permits. I managed to pull up another six Wheat's, and this:

I'm not sure what it's for. Do any of you military buffs think it's a unit crest? There's no motto or slogan. It looks like it's mounted on a large safety-pin type device, but there's not much left.
