Here's a few of my recent recoveries Hotchkiss lead ring and I think a Sharps carbine case and a whole Sharps bullet that was a misfire, some 3 ringers on the top row, middle row are enfields, and the bottom are fired round balls. The last three pics are of a bullet that has been carved on that looks kinda like a mans private part to me.

You made some very nice finds Morgan, congratulations.

Nice group of relics. Don't believe Sharps had a metallic cartridge. Think you have a Spencer. Good find.

You are right Jimmy it is a Spencer. I don't know why I was thinking a Sharps for.

Thanks for the congrats Larry I've had a pretty good relic season this year. The Spencers were my first in my 20 yrs of relic hunting.

Regardless, those WHOLE bullets and casings are well preserved and a nice find. :clapping: CCH

Looks good 88. Both 88's are kicking but so far. HH

I found a carved 3-ringer, jsut like the one in your last pic. This one was holed through the tip and found on a creek bank.

Love the carved lead!

Was probably used as a fishing sinker, with that hole through the tip.

Exactly what I was thinking. 20,000 were encamped in the area.

Yea Curbdog this was only my second carved bullet I've found in my life it's nice to find them. Tim I know I hope JR wins a championship this year! He's past due!!

Just wanted to say, I really tried to like the 1270, I got from you! I really did. It's was so much a dedicated relic machine.

Now the AT Gold....now that's fun! Talk about hitting hard on buttons and casings!

Great finds for sure! Love the spencer cartridge, I have only dug like 3 of those in 25 years of digging.Keep up the good work! HH
