Pass-a Grill beach Florida beach find

While on vacation last week, I got a little time to do some beach hunting. I ran across a signal with my CZ-6A Fisher that read penny high coin signal sporatically. I eventually got through several thick layers of shells and dug this out at 14 inches. Looks to be solid copper. I just wondered how this got washed up on a beach. It weighs two pounds and is 6 inches across. I found it on Pass-a-Grill beach just south of Clearwater on an inland waterway.

Alot of that sand on Pass-A Grill beach is dredged from the Fort Desoto shipping channel, and carried over, i have dug all kinds of odd stuff up and down those chain of beaches, if you go there with a PI machine i hope your back is strong, if not it will be when you leave, no telling what your going to find, two nights ago i dug a old WW11 .50 cal shell casing, and last night dug two nice .925 silver rings.

port hole with the glass missing, and its bronze and will clean up really well in cool aid just mix as per instruction on the pack and let soak
I sold a larger one with glass in it for 500.00 but it was a lot heavier

This one does have the glass in it. As for cleaning it in cool aid, how long do I soak it, etc?

Thanks
