Paltry finds but nice ring..

Hunted a small soccer field yesterday evening that usually gives up a slew of quarters but not long after I started I was invaded by soccer apes and moms and dads and was forced out, but I did manage to turn up a nice silver ring. Will give it a try another day.

WTG on finding a ring. The last three soccer fields I hunted each gave up a ring. A lot of sports fields are "hot". You are slipping, you only found 2 quarters

That is a nice ring!! Just remember though, without the soccer apes and mom's and dad's, there wouldn't be any goodies for you to find, just a big old empty field. I just love hunting soccer fields. Always a goodie or 2 waiting to be found. I hit one yesterday for about 45 mins. and got a nice silver ring along with the usual dirty money. Here's a pic of the ring after getting the crud off and a little rub with some Brasso. Again, congrats on the silver!!

That is a nice ring. It must be popular as I've found several just like it. Yeah soccer and football fields are my favorite hunting spots as there is always the chance for a ring or two, plus assorted jewelry lost by the weekend warriors playing touch football.

I didn't have time to find any more before I was invaded. Last time I hunted that same field I picked up eight or nine quarters. After it has been seeded a few times by the soccer bunch it will be ripe again.
