Paint job finished...just one little "snafu"....leave it to me...:rage:

Computer room looks so neat and clean now.. the vague violet tinge is sooothing;

But...one mistake: I had never used a trimmer with those little wheels , :shrug: (" no thank you, Hank I don't need any help, I can do this myself!" :inlove: ).... but when I was trimming around the ceiling, I had the wheels flush up against the ceiling for stability so that I would not mess the ceiling with a shakey hand.

Well, after completing the entire job, I noticed a line of beige all around the ceiling /wall connection...that's where the little wheels were ...sooooooooo

Now I have a beige line of about 1/4 inch all around the top of each wall ...I'm not too happy about this, but sometimes one has to learn the hard way.:rage:

I'm now trying to convince myself that it is a decorative addition to the paint job :rolleyes:

Here's some pics...

.... just use a paint edger to protect putting paint on the wall and put another coat of ceiling paint just over the wheel marks.

Otherwise, paint the ceiling and protect the wall from ceiling paint.

Actually, you'll be the only person to know the wheel marks are there so .... put up your equipment and go detecting. If anyone "carps" about the wheel marks, show them where you keep your painting equipment and tell them to have at it!

Good job Mags.
