Found this in a field I have been hunting the last couple of weeks, My friend told me it was an ox shoe Don Tyler Merrimack,NH Found with T2SE
 
Cool find.I found one like that once. I thought it was a smashed up horse shoe, so that's good to know. Thanks for sharing!
 
I'm finding in my area up here in maine that oxen were used heavily for pulling stuff and logging with, always finding more ox shoes than horse shoes and that i think oxen were cheaper too
