Can too many Overload/Raise loop signals hurt your machine in any way? Mess up the circuit board or anything?
 
No, pure electronics on the inside but it can damage your ears. Have you ever seen one of those egg scramblers that scramble the egg while in the shell through vibration. Thats what I compare the overload sound doing to the brain. So glad I got a limiter put in my headphones!
 
Remember, when you raise the coil and the id reads as a good target, you won't have to dig much at all. It'll be a very near surface find.
