No mater how good of a machine you got still have to get over the the top in this case 1901 barber dime 5-6 inches 12-44-45 there was nothing difficult except getting over the target lol,,,,,CEDAR
 
That's one of the best "dug" dimes I've seen yet Cedar! Absolutely EVERYTHING about finding coins is ultimately dependent on the coil going over the target, all else is secondary. NO coil over target=no recovery of said target. Very simple. That's why everyone who has done this for awhile,or does it a lot,preaches LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It gives you that much more of a chance of pulling a real beauty like the one you have.
