Outting Today

Larry and I got out for a bit before the rain and storms came. Picture below. I managed to get a few keepers. 8 wheat cents with 1919 being the oldest, an 1898 Indian cent and a small cache of $.38. It sure was nice being able to get out and hunt. HH and thanks for looking, Nancy

A good hunt/outing in my books.

Thanks guys. It sure was nice getting out and playing in the dirt. When my detector was over that Indian, the VDI was bouncing around like always and I was hoping it would be that little guy. Thanks again and HH, Nancy

Sounds like you and Larry had a good time. I have not been able to do any hunting due to surgery but only have about another month before I can try. In other words I am bored out of my mind, you two have fun and keep digging.

Good hearing from you Bula. Sorry about you having to have surgery. I hope it's nothing serious. Hopefully you'll be able to get out and play in that soil soon. Get well soon. Nancy

Had a total shoulder replacement, and it is doing well, another week and I should be able to get out for a bit to play in the dirt.

OUCH, that can be painful. I know a few people that has had that. Take it easy but possibly the swinging of the detector might help with the movement when the doctor gives the "OK". Be careful and HH, Nancy

Nice hunt. Stacey has been bringing me silver dimes (merc's and rosies) back weekly from the bank. Ha. Easy that way. Take care and  to Larry.

She's doing better than I am. I've only found one silver so far this year. Larry says, "HI". Do me a favor and eat big dish of those crawfish for me. Sure wish I had some of those glorious bugs and cracklins too! Oh my...... Please tell Stacey I said, "HI" and hope you both are doing good. HH, Nancy

Thats great finds in my book looks like you haven't forgotten how to use that MXT . Did you whoop Larry's finds ?
Tell Larry I'm happy getting my M6 back and its working just find , got some new coils that I like best for it mainly the SEF 8x6 spoils ya .

Take care my friends & happy hunting,
Harold

Hi Harold, Good hearing from you. I don't know if I excelled or not, but I do know I found the oldest coin during that outing. I'll give Larry the message and I think it's so cool that you got your original detector back. Things work out like they were meant to be.

Guess who has a few Tiger Lilies? :wiggle:

HH,
Nancy

Yes it does look like you had fun. I noticed your picture I have two English bull's. I call them my kids, I have two sons that refer to them as siblings

Those two Boxers (The General and Miss Maggie) are our "kids" also. Neither are spoiled either. I bet yours aren't spoiled either. ;)
