Output frequency and coin hunting

Coinseeker 78

Would the Omega 8000 with the DD coil find coins better then the Fisher F70 with the 11 inch DD coil or the Garrett ATPRO with its frequency output.and how about the depth capability of the Omega? Thanks in advance.

Of the three the F-70 has several features the other two don't have, such as an adjustable threshold and an adjustable volume control. Plus it also has one more audio tone than either the Omega or AT-Pro. The AT-Pro is definitely the most versatile of the three, but with only 12 target I.D. segments, that is not very handy when trying to notch something out, especially when the other two detectors offer 99 target I.D. segments, plus a 5 year warranty to the 2 year warranty that the AT-Pro has. The F-70 also seems to have the highest review ratings of the three. " If " the Minelab XT-705 came stock with the 10.5" DD MF coil instead of that little 9" concentric coil, I would rate it as a better detector than any of the above three and its review ratings are better than even the F-70.
