Outlaw Mineralized ground test,

GunnarMN

New member
The gravle in the square pane is 3" deep x8x8" wide and i put basalt stones on the sides to give it a real world situation , for the most part , the one basalt stone is very mineralized, and the outlaw in discriminate could not get thrue it . but what is nice about the out law is you can then use one of two all metal modes, and with the ground balance, I can get the taget in all metal SO NICE= gladd i got this machine , The DD coil can get thru the magnetic gravle and black sand in disc, so its not probly as badd as the magnetic basalt , but the concentric coils do not get thru it in eather mode, disc or all metal the concentrics dont like this , the DD sees 70% less ground

Even your gold bug would not get through that nasty stuff?.That is a trip the outlaw could.May not be a bad detector Gunnar.I went relic hunting once so far with the outlaw.I got some deep targets and found a small silver antique ring. The pinpoint function is wild. Can really dial that target down. Thanks Gunnar. You and 53 silver are the only ones so far to do test vids on this detector.Hope we find out some more cool stuff. :-D

I saw that 53silver sold his on some board, just randomly doing Google searches. I thought that was odd as he really seemed to like it in the videos. But then again I've done plenty of horse trading myself.

I wish i could try alot more machines but no money, so if you want to then you have to sell,

Yeah but the Vaquero is 53 silvers true first choice Tesoro_Once you run a Vaquero, that's hard to beat. There is going to be some neat stuff found out about this Outlaw. You will see.All in the way you can quickly switch From motion all metal to Disc then to no motion all metal and then shrink the target! Is cool. What do you guy's think,Is it more like the eldorado or the bandiddo? :-Q

Is that confirmed? I recall reading in the forum that he knew of one for sale. Didn't know he was getting rid of his own.

It had his name by the listing and said it was sold, not that long ago, so I would think that's what happened.

Personally I'm impressed by the Outlaw. That is on my "to get" list of detectors.

Something did not look right in that test :O I thought after you hit pinpoint you have to retune to go back to original threshold right Gunnar. To resume hunting,But you were stuck in pinpoint mode. When hunting can you actually hunt in no motion? But on your test you have to come out of pinpoint and get back to the original threshold to resume hunting so it would not be practical not unless you are looking at one target area right? :O let me know how this works Gunnar, now i am really confused

I thought the same thing, BUT come to find out it wasn't his Outlaw that he was selling. He was doing a favor for someone, by listing it in his name. A retaliative, I think.
