Hunting in Discriminate and using the 7" DD , hay it actally found things the bliss missed and i have been well over this site since the last plow just cant seem to find silver , poor farmers- I think they had butter for money or eggs, but what do they have to do with coins, dirt poor farmers,

Butter and eggs for money' haha Funny.

I notice you do the same as I when you get a hit and that is not only checking left to right
with your coil but also forward and backward too. I notice a lot of times the target will sound great left/right
but nothing forwrd/aft. Another good test to predict trash!

Nice vid Gunny! Thanks
Pete

Thanks for the video. They are always interesting. When I was out Saturday I was running in discriminate set above foil and getting deep iron. Is that normal?

if its big yes it will beep on that , i just turn on the No motion and can tell its somthing big, i ran accross several large Iron objects but was not willing to dig them they beeped in Disc,

I have been hunting an old town (1800-1860) with lots of iron trash. I have done ok with the Outlaw. Best results to far have been the 5.75" coil. Have you found that the 7" dd has better results in trashy sights than the 5.75". I know I am missing some things amoung the nails. I have been working this spot for a while and I find nails in every hole I dig. I will post a video of it soon.

Nice video Gunnar. That little coil smoked some non-ferrous items right out of that nail infested area. keep up the good work - Maybe next time you'll find an 1859 IH cent :)

Jim it shure did do well in that 1st 6" its a real harron beek picking out the godies, its funny i have now found 7 old penny sin the vicinity of this foundation 4 Indian heads and three wheats but no silver , dir tpoor farmers and i do not know if the 7" is better than the 6" coal because i sold the small concentric but somthing tells me the 5.75 would pick even better than the 7" i think they are both about even on depth , but the DD does work better in more mineralized grand and the 8.5" coal is deeper and better in disc mode but it is not so good in all metal i would say the 8.5" coal is 1/2 " deeper than the 7" DD but both have troble getting the 7" dime unless the machine is cranked up . but the 7" really does better in the NO motion
