Out popping clad today

After being up most of the night dealing with a minor flood and water getting into the basement I called up John to go detecting. He suggested a lake hunt but... I'd had enough water by then so we headed out an popped clad at a local sports field. Not a bad day at all, got lots of coins, a lead toy knight, a tiny religious medallion and 3 rings one of which was silver. Love swinging that Deleon!

Here's the loot, as you can see by the toy cars I couldn't resist swinging through the tot-lots while we were there.

You write a great post....... the part about " I'd had enough water by then" gave me a laugh ! Your photo is perfect, sharp with good lighting and when enlarged everything comes up nice and close where I can see detail ! Congrats on the finds too.....you got a good workout digging that day.
