My first stop a old swimming spot and there’s plenty more one major one had people swimming at it so my goal is to hit up around all the lakes near me I was only out for about 1 hour.
Wife’s not feeling well so I cut the hunt short still got a 1962 Rosie a sterling ring and some clad .

Nice hunt Mark! I’m sure there is much more in those old swimming holes!

Yup. Them oll swimming holes are great.
Nice finds.
In those areas. Try to locate the more isolated spots. Usually within a couple hundred ft.
Fishing spots on the shore are usually good too.
Many have been used since the lake was there.
There's always more.

Thanks I'm Out back on the lake today I hope there's some gold in those old swimming areas!
