Out For A C-C-C-COLD Hunt Today

Went out this afternoon. With the wind chill factored in, it was -27C (-16F). We are expecting a Siberia high to slump over our area and you people south of us are going to get it later. It's going to be COLD! Getting good depth, belltone makes finding coins very easy and I always hunt in all metal. Once you get used to the different tones, you kinda develop a selective hearing, the same phenomenon that males develop after being married several years (ask your spouse). Looks like the ACE can handle the cold too. This machine is so much fun to use. Managed to get 25 coins ($3.65) on a tobaggon hill. <img src="/metal/html/glasses.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":geek:">

Just wondering why you use the 250 in preference to the 1500? Does the 250 have true all metal, and if so, is that the reason?
Dave
