I took my dual field pi this morning in hopes of getting a bit deeper. It worked out ok with a few more coins showing and some junk bling. The sand here has built up more and I sink with each step which isn't a good sign, and the beach is so flat that even at low tide the waves come high on the beach with nothing to stop them. Great for the surfers but not so good for me. Still, it was a fun couple of hours.

I like having the DF for hitting the beach when it gets sanded in or finds start to slow with the Xcal.......It sure can find those deep bottle caps and sinkers around here, LOL
