Your 18K pendant looks like it has Arabic script on it. Have you also tried looking at while rotating the face clockwise, to see if perhaps you're just looking at it sideways or upside-down?

What machine let you down like that? <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">

What an excellent batch of stuff, Ghost(s)! I could be wrong, but I'm about 90% sure that second coin is a hammered silver shilling of King James the 1st! If so, this coin would date either 1603 or 1604. The XII (twelve) denotes 12 pence, which equals 1 shilling...up until 1966, that is. Most folks have to "cross the pond" to even dream of getting one of those. The 1804 is authentic, right?? Sometimes ya gotta look out for replicas on those. Big congrats to you two!

I like the way you did the button and the reale pictures, with the reverse inset....pretty cool. Great stuff indeed !! Let us know about the button....

..I too would say a hammered shilling of James 1st.
Here's a pic of a better one for comparison.
