Our journey to the resort beach netted bupkis......

Except for a corroded piece of metal,a bottle top,and a .22 Caliber casing.......It was a GORGEOUS day on Lake Michigan,though:70 degrees,sunny,little wind.That piece of beach at the resort is very big,almost 400 feet long, and from dunes to surf line wide.,Probly 150 feet or so.Doesnt include detecting in the wet,either........I even tried grid detecting,that beach is CLEAN..........OH WELL,we will probably go back in the future.........
 
A lot of sand came onto the beach this year. A few places I detect were useless until some of the sand gets pulled back into the lake. I would definitely try again after a good storm surge.
 
There will be more there when the people start re seeding it! :thumbup:
