When using waders make sure that you have a rope or belt around your waist so the waders will not fill with water if you should fall or step too deep. Water filled waders will drown you. Also because our hobby exposes us to numerous hazards where we can be cut, stabbed and punctured in unclean water or soil environments, please make sure that your tetanus and even hepatitis B shots are up to date.
