Orange Beach Question?

My self and wife are going to do a get away in August,2nd through the 5th.We will be wright on the beach. Any rules I should be aware of wile there... ? Thanks guys.Cant wait to hitvthe sand and water..
 
LS Hunter, I just got back from the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area a couple of weeks ago. You can hunt any of the public beaches but not on the State of Alabama park area which are marked. I've read you can ask the person on duty for permisson at the State beach and depends on the worker if you get permission. I didn't try that so I can't verify. We hunted behind ou condo and went to the public beaches by the cool of night and less crowded. I saw several more detectorist.
