opinions on GTI2500 pro

Love the imaging! Will wait on getting another detector until Garrett comes up with an improved version of it.

imaging you mean where it tells you the size or diameter of the targert then that makes the indentifcation more accurate? let me ask you this how is this machine over highly minerilzed soil (even red brick) and how is it on wet salty sand,,, I'm on the coast a mile from the Mayflower and wondering how it work in those areas?

finally is it heavy?? unit heavy or coil heavy (coil heavy like the classic fishers)

Correct on the imaging. I don't know about minerilzed soil or salt as I'm in Michigan. And yes, it is heavy.
