Opinion on Indian

I hunted hard today in a Public Park. Down here it is rare to find Coins this old. This Indian was in Electrolysis for an Hour. It was unreadable before and I did not even know it was an Indian. Should I shock it some more or just leave it alone?

Looks good as it is. You can see the pitting start.

What is your process for cleaning looks great!

The first IH I found had the darkest forest green patina on it that you've ever seen, and it was PRISTINE wear-wise. Being a newbie idiot,I rolled up my sleeves with a toothbrush and Bon Ami to "clean" that sucker! Totally ruined it to the point I threw it away. It was the nicest IH I had ever found,condition-wise,1906. Yeah,I recall the date because I know I fuked it up.
I agree with the others, much more would likely be headed downhill, not up. Great grab,I don't get into the 1880s too much...just a handful of times so far.

I used Electrolysis Usually takes about 15 minutes but this one took an hour. Could not even tell what it was when I started.

Yep, better stop where you are or you'll probably start loosing detail.
