Today was my first hunt of the season and I got off to a great start.

I found the Jefferson $1 coin and dime at a natural amphitheater used for sledding in the winter.

The dime, three pennies and what looks like a locker key came from the grass median in the local high school parking lot.
 
Nice first hunt...I plan on getting my busy behind out soon...Still cold here in Syracuse, NY but it is warming every day...nights still get down to 15 degrees or so lately....We have a resevoir here with a giant hill that kids sled down in the winter...I plan on hitting that hill hard...
