All These were found with the GTI 1500, GTP 1350 and ACE 250. One dime was found in the water using my freshwater detector.

Very nice collection. I never seem to find the silver stuff. Lots of competion in my neck of the woods. Lots of glad and I do well on jewelery.Population here is 70,000 but I'm thinking theres a 1,000 of us hitting the beach.I see people all the time. Some seem to know what they are doing and some walk so fast that theres no way they will ever find anything. I actually saw a fella run up and down the beach with the detector in front of him (not moving side to side). He did this for a good half hour then left. I never did see him dig anything up.

I used to go to Garand Bend on Lake Huron many years ago in my younger years. I was there 4 years ago for a quick hunt. Couldn't swim that day, as the ecoli count was up too high.

Same lake (Lake Huron) but further south.....Grand Bend is a nice beach but also sees a lot of pressure from MD'ers. Provincial park is
pretty good near Grand Bend but you have to pay $12.00 to get in and it also sees a lot of MD'ers. As you go further north things get better ....beaches everywhere.

Cheers!
