Spent 4 hours wading in the sea on a well known uk beach last night.
Last target out pops this 9.4g of platt my second one ever.
5 minutes after finding it some thing pushed me with some force in the water very scary by your self in the water
in the dark of night more scared when it pushed me a second time
Nearly s**t my pants and thought best get out in a hurry lol :surrender:

Might leave the wading for the day time from now on
 
....Won't find me past my knees in the water when it's dark...even then,better be low tide with lots of beach and sandbar around!!....Congrats on the platt.got some thick walls!!.9.4g=@$450.00...It's right around the same as gold per oz. now!!!... GL

Woolacome was sanded in so headed to the south coast.
 
The sand is back on westward Ho! as well. My detector's still down, my headphone cable broke because I dropped the detector :nopity: I'll you know when I've got it sorted, good luck:)
 
It may have been a shark that pushed you. night time and dusk is there feeding frenzy time. It was sizing you up before the attack. Ive had it happen to me not to pleasant to know something is looking at you like you are supper.
 
Nice ring. With the 6 meters or so tide changes you see, I'm not so sure I'd be doing it in the dark.
