For a safe trip... we're leaving for Gettysburg tomorrow for a couple of days... Oh, and perhaps you could add that the B&B I'm going to stay at lets me MD their property?

Can't wait to see the battlefield. Someone gave us the CD and the booklet that goes with the driving tour of the park. This is going to be amazing! I've seen the movies, the documentaries and read about it... to see it with my own eyes, well, I'm not sure HOW I'm going to feel. Know what I mean?

Joe, if you have a few extra bucks, hire a guide. Those guys are fantastic and have a lot of local history that isn't in the regular tours. We did, and it was well worth it!
