One Red Cent

Got out this morning just after sunrise and did about a 3 hour hunt just after high tide. It was nice to be down on the beach while it was still cool and there were lots of targets today, mostly junk of course but enough coins came out to keep me happy and I did get a ring which was totally incrusted with sand and salt. On cleaning it up back home it turned out to be a stainless steel spinner. Made my day though, a ring is a ring

Hope you get that gold ring to top those silver and the stainless one soon.....I beat you on the penny count by one the other day and a silver ring for my first H20 hunt this year....Like you said a ring is a ring and definitely better than just a couple cents.....GL

In your photo you have two coins, one on the right and one on the
left that look like Canadian Toonies. I can't tell. I just found one
yesterday in a soccer field. Mine looks like this....see photo. Looking
at your photo I can't quite tell if they are or not.

Robert, sorry my coins are all Colones, I'm in Costa Rica right now. I do dig a lot of toonies back home in Canada though.
