One of those times when one wishes he had heard a tip sooner

Sunday our church had a nice picnic - I didn't attend though. Casey went with friends and she just let me know a little bit ago that one of the young ladies had lost a ring - a very sentimental ring that once belonged to her grandmother. Its too dark to go find it now. Had all day I could have been looking for it. Casey said she thinks they called to get ahold of someone from the church who has a metal detector (thought I was the only one with one - a future partner?). Anyway Casey says she thinks the guy never showed up. (If they called for me I wasn't home to answer the phone call). Told Casey if something like that ever happens again to call my cell phone.

So asking for prayers that (1) no one else has gone to the place where it was lost - unless it was the church member that they called and (2) if not found by the church member that I can find it tomorrow morning so I can bring joy into the young lady's heart with the return of her grandma's ring.

Hoping I can find it for her.
