One notch left of nickle on ace 250

Just wondering if anyone had ever gotten a good find on the ace 250 one notch left of the nickle?I can not remember one good target in more than 3 years.Even though I've dug lots of nickles on the nickle cursor.

Don't get too stuck on the ID notches. The oxides on a target and the type of ground the target is laying in will allow the ID to drift a notch or two either way. The notches and target icons or numbers are only a probability. If it sounds good, dig it!

Yes! 10k gold rings fall here-foil region. I set up my Customs mode by copying the Coins mode and ADDING this notch.. It allows me to hunt in tab infested areas with a slightly greater chance of finding gold. Sometimes, if in a hurry, I only dig these foil signals if they have a full sound and not just a quick, short signal. You might say it's my "Ace in the hole" for trashy areas.:crylol:

I had a IH penny that hit below the nickle "icon" once, if I remember correctly. I know some of the early IH pennies had more nickle in them than copper although its position in the ground may have had something to do with that.
