One more week and one day than I head south to ...........

start a new life, new job, new home, I'm ready to go now but I gotta take care of the legal things here first then head south.

Thanks to Craig and his wonderful family I have a place to live real close to my work site, Miller Lumber Comany, just under two miles  thanks Craig !!!!!!!!!

Heck, living that close to work I can get off my fat azz and walk to work which we all know would be good for me:lmfao:

When I left Craig's home and looked back I said good by to him and Vickie and Cory and said I hope to see you by thanksgiving, well being the General that I am I will land there three months earlyer, not bad hey Craig

All my friends in Wisconsin think I'm nuts heading south, but it's funny how people don't see the big picture in life, they are taxed to death but still don't see the big picture, they are only hanging on by a tread.

Craig gave me a shot at a job and I jumped on it and showed up at his door step after driving 1500 miles one way and worked with him for a week just to see if I could do the job plus if I was what Craig was looking for, a solid worker that is a team player, well Craig didn't fire me after that week and shook my hand and said, Raybay, get here soon

I can't wait to land at my new job, not sure what those folks will think of me that have been working there for ever but one thing is forsure from this moment on, I will do as Craig tells me to, he is now my boss and life line and I will follow his lead

When I moved to Missouri everyone in Oregon thought I was nuts also.
In some ways they were right.. can't find a long term job here for nuttin............
Hey Ray ... you're a lucky man to have that one taken care of

But in others ways the folks in Oregon were totally wrong...
In Oregon there was no way we would ever be able to pay off our home mortgage before we died of old age...
and we were living pay check to pay check.... hanging by a thread as you said......

In Missouri homes cost a LOT less and we were able to buy a nice home and own it free and clear.
Considering that... and the fact that I'm getting older,
our move to Missouri was a good one for our long term financial security.... :clapping:
One thing about our move.... I didn't know anyone in Missouri and that has made my last year real tough.

I hope your move is a smooth one and provides great future security as well.
Having Craig there will certainly make the transition much easier for you.... ;)

Best wishes,
Mike

Seriously, though General, I know this is a huge step you are taking...I'm glad you are making it and that Craig has a job just waiting on you!! I don't know what kind of boss Craig is, but as far as I can tell he's a stand-up guy! I think he would be a good boss to work for!!:thumbup:
