One more trip to school

Asked a friend to go to the old school that I have been hunting. He was using the CTX and I had my MXT with the 10x12 SEF coil. We both found some wheats and clad and then he got a Merc. It was a really muddy hunt and I started back to my car to take a break when I got a really nice dime signal that said it was at 7 inches. i made a deep flap and picked it the signal up with the X-pointer. I dug down a little deeper and out popped a 1940 Merc. I was so glad to see it pop out because I didnt want to be skunked. We had a great time and both got silvers so it was a good day

Nice finds Pesc! I need to try a 10x12 on the MXT.
