I had to notch out zinc & iron still got a few rusty screws and nails. I didn't find much on the new tone more flip tops. What do I miss on zinc. On my 3D I would find keys and some fake jewlery how about the CZ70?
Love the machine I could push sens up to six

I've had some gold that hit in the zinc range. I also have heard others say the same thing. Buts its your call. if your hunting in an area loaded with zinc coins and a limited amount of diggin time then I would notch them out and concentrate on the silver or high coin tones and notch most everything else out.
But then I would return to that area on a later date and notch in foil & zinc & see what I missed once I got most of the clad out of the way.
