One lonely dime

Just about got skunked today. Doug and I met up at our little honey hole. Doug hit a nice Indian and a Barber dime today. His Barber was an 1897 so he made the 1800's club this year also. He also found out that the E-Trac's do go deep. You should have seen the sweat rolling off his forehead from digging out his finds. Doug had to leave a little early today so I stayed behind about an other hour. I was able to find just one lonely dime. It was a good one though. It's taken me 30 years to find my first Barber Dime and now I have found 3 in the last week. I'm really glad that I stuck it out for that hour. The gnats were drawing my blood and checking my blood sugar for me. That's why I bailed out early myself today. I hope that some of you guy's were able to get out detecting. :detecting:

Dang! That is a really nice dime. Great shape! Way to shake off the bugs and stick with it to find that beauty.

She's a beauty Robbie! Congrats on another Barber dime. Next time rub some lemon balm plant on you if you have any or your neighbors have any. It works great for gnats and mosquitoes. HH, Nancy

Yea man, full Liberty....:clapping: Very nice find Robbie.

Nice dime. She's in really good condition. Star and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit with you yesterday. We hope to get back for a couple days before the summers over. We came home with a heaping five gallon bucket of small geodes. Now we get to crack them and the fun starts.

Nice find glad you didn't get skunked. We really enjoyed our visit, the next time maybe we can metal detect and geode hunt. Those gnats were horrible and that sun was hot but still had a lot of fun.

I Miss all the Action...LOL! Glad you went home with a silver...and Probably one of the
nicest one's to come out of that Old Church ground so far!..We will have to video a couple
good digs soon Robbie for everyone...So Far the count is 13-silver dimes out of that area.
two Seated and eleven Barber.

Very cool! Hope I look as good at 100 :)
