well, since I had to go to the drs. today and get a shot in my elbow ( which hurt like the dickens, tennis elbow mind you) I decided to try out the demolished and now gone a.c. high school... didnt hunt long... but I did manage to find one much better wheatie..which makes my total wheaties 2... so heres a pix of my wheatie that is sure better then yesterdays...
 
And a nice Wheatie it is.a great year !!!!

Nice One 'Bay , :) You may have to give that sore elbow a break for a few days. If you can twist at the waist a little when swinging and not try to make the whole swing with only your arm, it may help save the elbow. Like some others recently recommended, shortening the lower rod will also make the coil feel lighter on the end of the swing, just remember to try to keep it close to the ground ,, hope this helps a little, I have had that elbow soreness before and swinging with the waist helps keep my elbow from twisting.....HH...LA
